Growing together – for a new learning culture

We are a platform for everyone who understands education as a communal process. Our offering is aimed at curious people who want to develop further in an inspiring environment – without performance pressure, but with genuine exchange.

Our work begins with the conviction that learning succeeds best when it is shared. That's why we combine digital learning content with real encounters – in moderated groups, open discussions, and joint projects. We address adults who want to think outside the box: professionals seeking new impulses, students thinking beyond the curriculum, and anyone who understands personal growth as a lifelong process. Our tone is appreciative, clear, and encouraging – without exaggeration or false promises. Every course, every exchange, and every piece of material arises from the practice of our community. We do not curate content from outside, but develop it together with our members. This creates a living knowledge space that constantly evolves.

Our principles

  • Learning in community – exchange instead of going it alone
  • Inspiration through diversity – different perspectives as a strength
  • Modern education – using digital tools wisely
  • Personal development – without pressure, but with conviction
  • Transparency and trust – open communication at eye level

More about us
2019

Founding of the Initiative

A small group of learning enthusiasts started with regular online meetings to exchange knowledge and work on projects together. The focus was on open discussions and mutual support.

2020

First Public Workshops

After a year of internal work, we opened the sessions to external participants. The response was overwhelming: within a few months, the number of active members rose to over 80 people.

2021

Introduction of Mentoring Pairs

To deepen the exchange, we introduced a structured mentoring program. Experienced members guided newcomers over a period of three months – with measurable success in learning motivation.

2022

Digital Platform Goes Online

The growing community needed a central place. We developed our own platform with forums, a calendar, and a resource library. The number of users doubled within half a year to over 300.

2023

Cooperation with Educational Institutions

First partnerships with local adult education centers and libraries enabled hybrid events. The combination of digital exchange and in-person meetings proved particularly valuable for the community.

2024

Award for Social Commitment

Our model of peer-to-peer learning support was awarded the regional education prize. The recognition encouraged us to further expand the offering and reach even more people.

Every step was developed together with the community – from feedback and practical experience.
