We reserve the right to block or delete accounts if these terms are violated or if there is suspicion of misuse.
The BildungsGemeinschaft offers free and paid content, including courses, articles, discussion forums, and study groups. The exact scope of services may change. Paid offerings are clearly described before purchase. A statutory right of withdrawal for digital content exists, provided access is granted before the withdrawal period expires.

You grant the BildungsGemeinschaft the right to publish and use content you post (e.g., forum contributions) within the platform. You warrant that you own all necessary rights to this content.
The content of the platform is prepared with care but without guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Use of the learning materials is at your own risk. Liability for damages arising from the use of the platform is excluded, unless based on intent or gross negligence.
We assume no responsibility for the content of external links. Linking does not constitute endorsement of the linked content.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect for the future. You will be informed of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. If you do not object to the changes within four weeks of notification, they are deemed accepted. Your objection will result in termination of the user relationship.
You can delete your account at any time without giving reasons. We may terminate the user relationship for good cause without notice, particularly in the event of violations of these terms. After termination, your personal data will be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
The law of the Republic of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider. Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose.
